 Glenn Rooney is a lifelong resident of Brookfield, CT. He has shared his time in Brookfield with his wife of 38 years Barbara. Barbara worked in our own Brookfield School system for 16 years! Glenn and Barbara have two daughters Danielle and Christina who are both members of the Brookfield K-12 club and have moved on to very successful careers. Glenn has over 10 years of experience in local government. As a member of the Board of Finance, Glenn has a proven track record of fostering community development while preserving the town's unique character. He has served as the Chairman of the BOF for the last 8 years! Glenn is committed to responsible fiscal management and transparent decision-making. Glenn is a true team player and has successfully led the BOF in bipartisan efforts to better the town. Glenn's experience makes him well-suited to serve once again on the Board of Finance. Under Glenn's leadership Brookfield is in great financial shape and has turned the page from reactive to proactive financial planning. There is more work yet to be done and Glenn's continued efforts will serve the town well!
